1. Data controller

A FUN E FITNESS - COM. ART. DESP., UNIPESSOAL, LDA legal person no. 507 220 951, with registered office at Avª Fontes Pereira de Melo nº 19 6º piso, Avenidas Novas - Lisboa, hereinafter referred to as Sportiffitness , is responsible for processing your personal data, and undertakes to process it with total transparency and with strict respect for privacy, as well as for fundamental rights, freedoms and guarantees, ensuring full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, and can be contacted by calling +351 232412003 (national landline) or e-mail rh@ffitness.pt.

2. Personal details

Sportiffitness does not collect any personal data about you, unless you voluntarily choose to provide your data by filling in the various registration or contact forms available. By sending your data to Fun e Fitness, either by registering or by contacting us, you are expressing your consent to the processing of your personal data under the terms of this "Privacy Policy".

3. Data processing

The data provided will be processed by Sportiffitness in accordance with the applicable legal provisions:

a. Handled lawfully and with respect for the principle of good faith;

b. Collected for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and may not be processed for other purposes;

c. Accurate and, if necessary, up-to-date, and appropriate measures must be taken to ensure that inaccurate or incomplete data is erased or rectified, taking into account the purposes for which it was collected or for which it is further processed;

d. Kept in such a way as to allow the identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of collection or further processing, being 2 years for the purposes of email marketing. After the stipulated period, the data will be deleted or anonymized. In the case of registration for online purchase, the data will be kept until the user deletes it on the site.

4. Sensitive data

The data requested on the website is not considered to be sensitive data under the applicable legislation, and therefore the inherent restrictions do not apply.

5. Cookies

Fun e Fitness uses "cookie" technology for the following purposes: to prevent the user from having to repeat the entry of previously requested information; to make a total estimate of website visitors and traffic; to configure website content and services according to the user's interests and preferences.

6. Purpose of data processing

The personal data that Fun e Fitness collects about you will be used for the following purposes: to provide you with information about products, services or events, directly or indirectly related to Sportiffitness Fun e Fitness; to carry out customer satisfaction surveys; to develop Sportiffitness marketing actions. The data may also be used for any additional purpose directly related to the original purpose for which it was initially collected.

7. Data circulation

Fun e Fitness undertakes not to pass on the personal data collected about you to any third party, except in the following circumstances:

- when using the services of Mailchimp and Zoho CRM as the platform chosen by Fun e Fitness for managing newsletters and sending marketing actions, the personal data you submit through the forms on the website will be transferred to the Mailchimp and Zoho CRM server for processing in accordance with the privacy policy of the Mailchimp and Zoho CRM company;

- transmission of the elements necessary for the delivery of services ordered by you to Sportiffitness' supplier companies and transport companies, when necessary;

- Request by administrative or judicial authorities;

- the danger or perpetration of fraud or other illegal activities, such as attacks on Fun e Fitness's technology and information systems.

8. Access, rectification and deletion of data

You have the right to obtain, freely and without restriction, at reasonable intervals, promptly and free of charge, information about your data and its processing. At any time, you may also rectify and delete the data provided to Fun e Fitness free of charge. To do so, simply send an e-mail to rh@ffitness.pt stating your intention or use the various links in the communication media you receive from Fun e Fitness.

9. Data security

Sportiffitness uses standard security measures to prevent your personal data from being viewed or used by unauthorized third parties. Except in the case of intent or serious fault, Fun e Fitness is not liable for any damages you may suffer due to any loss, unauthorized access, misuse or alteration of the data collected.

10. Updates

Fun e Fitness may, at any time, update or change the information in this "Privacy Policy", so it is recommended that you view it periodically.

11. Control Authority

Under the terms of the law, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission or other supervisory authority designated by the legal system in force.
