EQUIPMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL USE
Wooden rings allow you to take advantage of suspension training using your body weight and improve your gymnastics skills. The rings can drastically improve balance and muscle strength in the upper limbs.
Each set has two wooden rings and two black nylon straps with a buckle system for quick and easy adjustment. It also includes small Velcro straps to hold the excess of each strap when necessary.
Make sure the accessory is completely secure before performing the exercise.
